What facilities do we have for those young children or whom have with limited mobility?
We have a ramped entrance to the side of the building on Dromore Road for ease of access. Please advise ahead of arrival of any mobility issues so we can seat you in the most comfortable position. The disabled toilet is on this lower level and we have baby changing facilities in this facility.
Do you have ground floor rooms?
Unfortunately not. However, we have a holiday cottage called The Ship’s Cabin (ground floor bedroom with walk in shower) suitable for those with limited mobility. It is available for short term rental (2 days or more) and is 200 yards from the Ship Inn.
Rooms 4,5 & 10 are located on the second floor and have eaves so may be less suitable for tall guests and those with mobility issues.
The Woodlyn Guest House & the Murray Arms which are both excellent have a ground floor room.
How can I get the cheapest rate with the most flexible cancellation policy?
BOOK DIRECT – We guarantee that you will get our cheapest rate by booking direct!! If you see the rate cheaper elsewhere there is a catch!!!!
Do we cater for early check-ins and late check outs – particularly for those going to GGs Yard?
Yes we do, but this must be requested in advance of arrival and the cost is £20 if you need access to the room or need to pick up your key before 3pm. Equally late check outs (beyond 10.30am) are by prior arrangement and are subject to the number of early check-ins agreed for that day.
Do we accept dogs?
Yes we do, but please let us know when booking so we can move you to a suitable pet friendly room – if we have to move you we will always let you know at time of booking. The charge depends on the length of stay and breed of dog minimum charge is £12.50 per stay.
Do we provide for early breakfasts or room service?
Yes we do, but please mention ahead of arrival as it may attract an additional fee.
Do we have private parking? It is on-street parking with no charge but we have never had a problem as it is a quiet village and we have a number of guests who travel with rare or expensive cars.
